Welcome to Rooted & Ready, a pre-marital workshop specifically designed for couples who are in the engagement stage, living together, and/or trying to decide if they want to get married. This course can also be used by couples who may be seriously dating.
Planning for a marriage is one of the most exciting events two people could ever share. While planning for a wedding day and ultimately a marriage that will last forever, the one essential ingredient before saying “I do” is Pre-Marital Education or Counseling.
Research shows that 94% of couples that attend Marriage Education would recommend it to others and have a higher marital success rate. When couples attend such an educational program they begin to evaluate relationships with a more realistic approach.
If you are expecting your marriage to be argument-free, sex whenever you want it, a wife that will hang on to your every word, a husband that provides warm comforting words when you need them, and in-laws that will allow you to create your own traditions…you are in the right class. Those are very idealistic thoughts and expectations; however, this course will assist you to be more realistic and prepared. When expectations fail or are unmet, couples often look at their partner and blame them for the failure instead of looking at themselves and their expectations.
The Rooted & Ready curriculum is a 10 week prevention program designed for both partners to participate. The goal of this pre-marital program is to increase marital satisfaction, provide couples with tools to get them through challenges, and to begin a support system for longevity.
This Pre-Marital counseling group will run every Monday from 6:00pm-7:30pm for 10 weeks starting March 2nd, 2026 until May 4th, 2026.
Cost is $300 per couple. Cost includes required workbooks and materials.
