Restoring Eden Family Therapy was founded in 2024 by CEO Tristanne Gallardo-Stewart, LMFT, LPCC, with a vision to serve individuals and families throughout Shasta County and the surrounding communities. Born and raised in Shasta County, Tristanne always knew she wanted to return home and invest in the place that helped shape her. After earning her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at age 25, she began her clinical career in the nonprofit sector, where she spent over five years serving diverse populations and deepening her clinical expertise.
Throughout her work as a therapist, Tristanne developed a strong passion for prenatal and postpartum mental health, as well as trauma treatment through Brainspotting. These specialties, combined with her heart for families and community healing, became foundational to the creation of Restoring Eden Family Therapy.
