We accept most major insurances as in-network. The only insurance company we bill out-of-network is Anthem. We can check your coverage upon request so you know your financial responsibility before scheduling.
First and foremost, welcome. We know starting therapy can be scary. We will start with a free 10 minute consult to see which therapist would best fit your needs. During this call we will also check your insurance so you know what your financial responsibility will be. From there, we will schedule your first appointment. Our automated system will send you reminders 72 hours and 24 hours before your session. During your first session, the therapist will conduct an assessment to better understand what you are seeking from therapy as well as gather background information of your life.
We offer both in-person and telehealth therapy.
Our therapist’s can treat a variety of issues. We specialize in anxiety, depression, postpartum, and trauma.
