In Person & Telehealth
Hello and Welcome! My name is Shannon Simpson, I’m a Registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselor working under the supervision of Tristanne Gallardo-Stewart, M.A., LMFT, LPCC.
My background in Mindfulness-based Transpersonal Counseling and Certified Clinical Trauma Practitioner (CCTP) informs my integrative and collaborative approach to therapy, meaning I tailor our work together to fit you—your needs, your goals, and your pace.
My work is trauma-informed and often includes mindfulness (present-moment), somatic (body-based) practices, CBT, strengths-based and parts work. I enjoy blending these approaches to support healing in a way that feels grounded, practical, and compassionate. My passion is working with individuals, teens, young adults, and women who are navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, past trauma, identity exploration, self-esteem challenges, or spirituality.
I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can show up just as you are. It is my honor to walk alongside you as a guide—helping you reconnect with yourself, build insight and skills, and explore new ways of relating to your inner world and your life. I am available for both in-person and telehealth sessions.
