Hi there! My name is Holly Dias and I am a Registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselor working under the supervision of Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Tristanne Gallardo-Stewart, M.A., LMFT, LPCC.
Therapy is a collaborative space designed to support healing, growth, and self-understanding. I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel safe, respected, and genuinely supported, and I approach each therapeutic relationship with intention, compassion, and curiosity. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, identity exploration, and the impact of early childhood experiences.
My work is rooted in a client-centered, trauma-informed framework that honors each person’s story and pace. I integrate mindfulness practices, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and relational approaches to help clients build emotional awareness, strengthen coping skills, and develop healthier patterns in their lives. Therapy is not about “fixing,” but about creating space to understand, heal, and reconnect with your inner strengths.
Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or at a crossroads, therapy can offer a grounded and supportive path forward. I strive to create a warm, compassionate environment where you can explore your experiences openly and move toward clarity, resilience, and meaningful change. You do not need to have all the answers to begin—therapy can meet you right where you are.
