Hi there! I hold a Master of Arts in Interpersonal Psychoanalytic Studies from The Seattle School of Psychology (2012) and a Master of Education in School Counseling (2019), with a focus on family systems and supporting individuals with ADHD and neurodiverse learning styles. I am a credentialed school counselor in both Washington State and California, and have completed additional certifications in ADHD and anxiety management.
My clinical work is rooted in a deep passion for serving diverse communities and exploring how our individual experiences—whether shaped by trauma, neurodiversity, or brain chemistry—impact our relationships with ourselves and others. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they grow, develop new skills, and build healthier relationships.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and holistic. I incorporate elements of positive psychology, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), interpersonal theory, solution-focused strategies, and ADHD coaching. Much of my work centers on helping clients build communication skills, navigate conflict, foster self-awareness, and manage anxiety and ADHD through coping strategies, mindfulness, and visualization practices.
It has been an honor to support both adolescents and adults on their paths of healing, self-discovery, and personal transformation both in clinical settings, as well as in the education sector.
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending time in nature—whether hiking, paddle boarding, or practicing yoga—and cherishing moments with family and friends.
